PMI North Atlanta is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing.

Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a larger franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years. The experience PMI has gained worldwide… truly reflects within our service offerings on a local level.

David Kane, the owner of PMI North Atlanta, has many years of real estate and business expertise.
Prior to opening the North Atlanta office, David spent 10 years as Operations Manager for a large property management company south of Atlanta. When he began there, the company managed 250 properties; under David’s leadership, this was successfully scaled to managing 680 properties.
Prior to this, David spent over 25 years running accounting departments in multiple large corporations.
A couple of the interesting roles he held include:
- The Controller of Turner Broadcasting’s documentary production company, producing over 150 productions per year.
- Next, David was selected as the Controller/V.P. of Finance for Atlanta’s NHL team, the Atlanta Thrashers, helping launch the team, build/open Philips Arena and finally leading the transition when the teams and arena were sold.
- His property management industry experience, plus his depth of experience in operations, accounting, team building, and general business operations have provided the knowledge and expertise that are core requirements to build a solid and successful property management firm.
